Nino Kader, President — As president of IRM, Nino Kader predicts and maximizes the impact of evolving technologies to help clients create and manage their brand identities on the Internet. This entails developing digital strategies to promote products and services as well as to administer reputations on the Web.

Kader, a recognized expert in the digital arena, has been quoted in a range of publications including BusinessWeek, Newsweek, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Wired.

Clients include one of the largest corporate sponsors of race car teams in motorsports. Kader and his team oversee the client’s digital marketing program for North and South America. Tactics include social media (i.e. Facebook), interactive banner ads, search engine marketing, newsletters, an online partnership with Walmart and ad sponsorships with ESPN and NASCAR. Kader’s initial entry into the realm of digital strategy and marketing occurred back in 1998 at an Internet start-up in Silicon Valley where he mastered the skills for search engine optimization (SEO) and ecommerce.

Before founding IRM in 2007, Kader’s career included working in corporate communications at Fannie Mae as a Senior Communications Manager for the IT division. Previously, he was with KPMG Consulting. There, he utilized his digital expertise to provide competitive analyses and ebusiness strategies for Fortune 500 companies including Chevron, Aramark, and Oracle. Kader also served as Director of Communications at ATFP, a non-governmental organization he helped catapult to international prominence in its first year of operation. Among his accolades, Kader received a Telly Award for a documentary video he wrote and produced.

Dr. Christine Schiwietz, Co-Founder — Dr. Schiwietz is the co-founder of IRM and a Visiting Professor of Sociology at Georgetown University. She serves as IRM's Chief Strategist and leads the creative services team. An award-winning film producer, she is at the forefront of the intersection between social media and digital technology. Her forward-looking social perspective and vision provides strategic counsel to clients across a wide range of industries.
